Academic and Student Affairs Branch

   This branch handles overall welfare works of students and is responsible for student affairs. It includes student registration, Mahapola and Bursary payments, maintaining personal files of students, providing hostel facilities, conducting inquiries related to students’ discipline.

7. Handling court cases in relation to student matters

10. Handling document in relation the Orientation Programme
11. Matters related to student handbook
12. Appointing student mentors
13. Handling student welfare committee

17. Handling Sport advisory committee
18. Handling Student handbook committee
19. Issuing student identity cards and record books
20. Matters relating to the Physical education unit
21. Administrative works of MD ( Ayu) 2016/2019 Programme
22. Duties related to Research and Management Committee
23. Duties related to MoU’s signed with the Institute and MOU committee
24. Duties related to administration part of the Short courses conducted by the Institute.
25. Maintain documents related to Oriental Medical Science fund, Dr. Jayantha Edirisinghe Scholarship and Prof Sarath Gamini Scholarship
