Examinations Division of the Institute of Indigenous Medicine provides various important services such as conducting examinations, releasing semester results, releasing final results, convocation related activities, results verification etc.

  • Receiving marks from Examiners
  • Preparing results sheets
  • Providing analytical reports
  • Calling Results Boards
  • Noticing the released results
  • Issuing Individual result sheets
  • Coordinating re-correction activities
  • Submitting the List of Qualified Students for the Internship
  • Preparing the Pass List with Honours Awards
  • Issuing Temporary Certificates
  • Issuing Detailed Certificates
  • Issuing Academic Transcripts
  • Preparing the Merit List
  • Issuing Certificates in Completion of Internship
  • Preparing the Graduates List
  • Distributing Cloaks for the students and lecturers
  • Coordinating with the photographer
  • Issuing Degree Certificates

Application Formats

Re-correction Form

To be submitted for re-correction of semester results.

Supplication Form

Should be submitted during the internship period.

Application for Certificates

Should be submitted to get the Temporary Certificate, Detailed
Certificate, Academic Transcript and Certificate in Completion of Internship.
