Application form to use the library – Level III (2015/16) and Level V (2013/14) Batches
The library of the Institute of Indigenous Medicine will be provided the Reference Facility to the Level III (2015/16) and Level V (2013/14) Students from 10th of July 2020. Those who willing to use the library fill the following form and be registered immediately
Deadline will be to register 04th of August 2020. This facility will not be provided for those who are not registered ..
